CHRONOLOGY
1992
Our Beginnings
CRC began as a proposal company, preparing successful technical, schedule, and cost proposals to all branches of the Government, including the Department of Energy and Department of Defense.

We honed our skills and qualifications in this very disciplined environment where there are no points for second place.
1996
ACTWRite
CRC formalized our approach to proposals and projects into a set of processes called ACTWRite (for Analyze, Comply, Think, Write, Refine). Since then, ACTWRite has become established as an effective toolbox for planning, scheduling, estimating, and controlling projects, from the initial proposal through project completion
2000
Project Controls Services
CRC began providing project controls, estimating, scheduling, and change management services. Since then, we have supported the planning, scheduling, and estimating of $100B+ in engineering, construction, and field services.
2010
Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant D&D Contract
CRC led development of the winning proposal over a multi-year effort for the Fluor-BWXT team, then upon award proceeded to support the transition and contract execution. Provided 55 personnel over 6 years supporting project controls, estimating, scheduling, technical writing, and more.
2017
DUF6 Conversion Facilities Project
After supporting development of the proposal cost volume for the Atkins, Westinghouse, and Fluor team, CRC supported contract transition - standing up the contract baseline. CRC then provided project controls services, change management, and business system analysis during contract execution.
2018
Project Controls Services for N3B at Los Alamos National Laboratory
CRC provided capture and proposal development services in support of Newport News Nuclear and BWXT in their efforts to win the LANL Legacy Cleanup Project contract at Los Alamos National Laboratory. After, CRC provided senior scheduling, estimating, and project controls support during contract transition and into execution.
2019
SRNS Contract Execution Support Services
CRC provides subject matter experts and project controls services to support to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Capital Projects mission being performed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS) at the DOE Savannah River Site (SRS).
